Hi Guys and Gals,
Last year through the generosity of this forum Houghy's Heroes (https://www.relay.cancercouncil.com.au/?2008/newcastle_lake_macquarie_2008/houghys_heroes/) managed to get over $400 in donations to this great cause.
I once again ask for your moral and financial support. Doug Braidwood (http://www.darkskyau.com/index.html)has helped kick off the tin for me with a $100 donation, and i thank him very much for that.
SO to those who are going to IISAC08 - feel really guilty and donate (https://www.relay.cancercouncil.com.au/?2008/newcastle_lake_macquarie_2008/houghys_heroes/) now, and for those who think it will never happen to you or couldn't give a tinkers cuss - maybe it could be you next time you go to the Docs and get some shocking news that changes the rest of your mortal life.
There have been quite a few IIS members who donated last year, and their support was brilliant. last years event was fantastic and the experience of sharing during the event was something else, (http://www.iceinspace.com.au/forum/showthread.php?t=23770&highlight=relay+life) so if you feel touched, or slightly insane then please give generously:D
