View Full Version here: : Eta in the Raw
Hi Guys, well what dose one do when the weather is foul and there is not much imaging happening, play around with old captures of coarse.
As the heading suggests, I was just trying different things and wondered what a combined set of Raw images of Eta Carinae would look like.
So here we have it, this image consists of 13 Raw frames @ 6 mins each combined only in Image Plus, nothing else was done to it at all, and it is as the modded 5D captured them. ;)
To be honest I don't mind it actually, what do you good people think.
Leon
I like it Leon.

One of my favourite parts of the sky... Can't wait to see the final cut.
Hi Guys thanks for your comments, I have already processed this one and it came out a treat, I was just experimenting in stacking Raw frames, and stuffing around.
Just trying to show what a Raw looked like from modded camera, without any processing at all, But I will give it a shot at the settings you suggested.
Leon
Clive I had a go at the settings you suggested, here is the end result. ;)
