Hello,
I was browsing my usual daily fix of astro websites when I espied a familiar name on APOD – Mike Sidonio. Mike’s image of CG4, A Ruptured Cometary Globule (http://antwrp.gsfc.nasa.gov/apod/astropix.html) is gracing the pages there.
Congratulations big fella!:thumbsup:
Cheers

On ya Dennis :thumbsup: I actually found out about it from an email sent to me from Rob Gendler, a nice surprise in the morning to be informed of this most unusual and unexpected occurance by the World's greatest amateur astrophotographer :)...and it wasn't even on my home page version of APOD at that stage either :shrug:
Yes I was standing in a warehouse doing a stocktake - nice work Houghy! :) My work mates said "APOD?...what's an APOD?" :doh: :screwy: :lol:
Ah naaah!...APOD SHMAYPOD :P
Yes. well I never....:stupid:
:lol:...only 500 to go and I will have had as many as you Dietz :thumbsup:
Well I do have an SBIG... it's just got FLI etched in the side of it to make appearing on APOD that more challenging :lol:
Yes well my former life was rather..?..challenging, I guess?
and nah it's only a 6" ..which is average according to CLEO & TELESCOPE :D
I reserve the biggest laugh for you :rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl ::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl: :lol: :lol: :lol: :D :D :D :) :) :) .......:rolleyes:
I guess I am a bit :ashamed: now..?
