There is a free public lecture at the Sir Thomas Brisbane Planetarium on the Mars Rover missions at 3.15pm for 3.30 start on 25th August. Some seats are still available, but you will need to book immediately if you are interested in going.

I wish I could go, but stupid school is on. Maybe I could leave early and miss English and Chemistry? :P

Strongly suggest that you stay for English and Chemistry. You will only get one chance at school in life, and there will be many other chances to attend a Mars lecture, much of which will be dated in 5 or fewer years.
