To help stem the financial bleeding which sometimes accompanies this wonderful hobby, I have a couple of surplus eyepieces for sale:
Synta 25mm 1.25" Super Plossl Eyepiece (new in box) $15
Synta 10mm 1.25" Super Plossl Eyepiece (new in box) $15 - SOLD
Also for sale are the following items no longer used
(having upgraded from a Meade DSI CCD camera to a much larger Canon 450D).
GSO Focal Reducer (0.5x, 1.25") $20 - SOLD
Fits more real estate (eg. the moon) onto small CCD cameras such as the Meade DSI, webcams, etc.
Orbinar 1.25” UHC Filter (#1039) $40
For observation and photography of emission/reflection nebulae from light polluted skies.
Filters out scattered light generated from common artificial sources (mercury vapour & sodium vapour street lamps, neon lights), but passes relevant wave lengths for nebulae observations (H-Beta 486nm, O-III-Lines 496nm and 501nm, H-Alpha-Lines 656nm).
Orbinar 1.25” O-III Filter (#1051) $40 - SOLD
Higher degree of filtration than the UHC filter, intended for viewing/imaging of planetary nebulae and supernova remnants from light polluted skies.
If used visually, best suited for scope apertures of 6” (150mm) upwards.
Please send a PM if interested.
Cheers,
Jeff
