What excactly are you refering to when you say "service report", has it required some sort of repair or such?

Once in a while a telescope needs a clean, software updating etc. I dont believe in doing home jobs when there are people out there you can pay to do a better job anyway. The report is also there to notify a new owner that the telescope is also working 100%.
