The little toolbar in the image has a "Fit Image to Window" button...the 4 pointed looking device.

That'll sort your image sizing woes out!

Guys I try and get the image to fit under the 200k file size whats the trick to get them to fit in the window without having to click the fit to window button

PS: thanks for the praise I agree wholeheartedly that I'll need to capture more exposures to improve overall quality

Unfortunately not possible to keep everyone happy unless you make it small, like 640x480 or 800x600.
It would be different for all the different monitor/videocard combinations that people have.
My monitor is set to a lowly 1024x768(options up to 1600x1200), but there are probably still people on 800x600 and there would be people out there with huge widescreens set to 121764518754x481732645!!!! :D
