A dwarf galaxy in the neighbouring NGC 5128 group. This one is a difficult target mostly due to a field star that flooded the field.
Not a pretty object by any stretch of the imagination but at least it's in mostly unchartered territory as an imaging target.
This is a 90% cropped image.

Thanks Kevin.
What I mean't to convey is that it is the sort of object that wouldn't be in anyone's top 100 list in terms of beauty. I wouldn't post it if I wasn't satisfied with the image.
I find these type of objects far more interesting to image than the usual stuff.

And I find viewing images of these more obscure objects far more interesting than seeing the usual M8, M20, M42 for the 50th time :D
Thanks for sharing.

For an ugly image, that is quite beautiful! If that is ugly, in comparison then, my DSO’s must look dreadfully horrific LOL!

I like seeing the obscure stuff! This little fellow has a certain charm :) Nice job Steven
The dark halos around the stars detract a bit though.

Thanks for the comments.
Sorry for the typo but the correct designation is ESO 383-G87.

Agree Steven, not the best looking image of this target, but having said that there isn't too many around to compare. Certainly is obscure and interesting. Thanks for sharing.
Quite a fascinating little galaxy Steven and definitely one I haven't seen before.
Thanks for the posting.
