I would like to thank the organisers for a superb 10 days, being about
the last to leave last Sunday it was brought home to me the immense
amount of work done by the organisers and helpers, to see the clean
up being so thoroughly accomplished was salutary.
I personally would wish to thank the many who helped me and in
particular Paul Russel who aligned my AP Mach1 mount so well that for the
full period it took countless 4 minute unguided images all with round
stars, to Eddie Tremarchi for setting up my QHY8 which performed so
astoundingly, and Dennis Simmonds who helped in so many ways so
often it is a wonder he had any time for himself. Gerald.

You're welcome Gerald, it was a pleasure to help out and to be a part of your successes. I'm glad you made it home safe and sound.

And ditto to the organizers on a fantastic event. They really do do a mountain of work before and after (and during). I'd take my Iceinspace beanie off to them if it wasn't so cold out there some nights. :cold:


I'm ready to book again for next year. After a couple of nights of catchup sleep that is. :)
