Hi guys and gals,
I would appreciate any help or hints that you can give me, i have brought a Celestron NexImage solar system Imager.But Im not sure if i need any attachments in order for me to be able to use it correctly, and will i be able to take good photos using my 12" Dob? im just hoping i havent jumped in over my head, as i have a really keen interest in astronomy and i find there is nothing more beautiful or peacefull than being out under our beautiful skys.....

Hi Angel.

I'd start by reading this article I wrote, Astrophotography with a Dob (http://www.iceinspace.com.au/index.php?id=63,201,0,0,1,0&hashID=fdefd6d70125e6a394ed2dbebb46 6963). It'll give you a good heads-up into the concepts and techniques you'll need.

I hope you have a laptop? You won't be able to use it (easily) without one.
