I pretty much knew it was a waste of time setting up tonight but it's been so long I had to try.:doh:
Here's the best and worst frames from the short session. I know the second one looks like I tripped over the tripod but it's really atmospheric turbulance. :whistle:

Struth, that sure looks crook.
Its cloudy and drizzling rain here in Broken Hill tonight also, but normally its clear.

Some times we get crook weather for up to a week but that is really rare.

Looks much like the brisbane seeing last night...

Even when perfectly focused, the resulting stack appeared much like that... flat colors, absolutely no detail...

At least you gave it a go :)
