Lovely image Greg. Interesting composition.
Quite remarkable Greg. Don't think I've seen so many stars in this region. They are all most a distraction from the main nebulosity structure of IC4628. Star colours don't appear to have been maintained very well. Perhaps relayer the straight RGB. A lovely display of this killer FOV with the U16M. Well done.

HI Greg,
Great pic, heaps of nebulosity there that I didnt even know existed.
Houghy, can you make out the wide W shape to the left of the Nebulous area on the bottom (all the bright stars), this is the "butterfly" part.
Visibly its easier to identify, the amount of nebulosity and stars in Greg's photo is phenomenal and almost makes it unrecognisable to me, but I am pretty sure thats where it is.
Cheers
Chris
Lovely image Greg, you've really brought out the complexity of the region.
A fine image.

Thanks guys.
Yes I was surprised to see that nebulosity in the image.
This camera seems very responsive in the Ha band and all that without a Ha filter which is unusually high Ha response. Perhaps also the filters letting through more Ha than normal.
I think that is right that the actual butterfly cluster is closer to the neb than the bright cluster near the top.

With such a deep field you can't really see the butterfly pattern of the main stars hOughy but with a shorter exposure or visual the pattern is clear . I have a short exposure on my picasa website if you want to check it out.
By the way this is a very nice deep field view of the area Greg !
