Hi All,
Next one.
Sinope is an 18km mag 18.1 moon of Jupiter.
There is another object in the image that may be another moon or an asteriod.
10min darked through the 12"

** The black blobs are internal reflections due to the proximity of the moon.

Thanks Ted (Star Catcher) for the AO7 unit.

Wow Jeff, imaging something only 18km diameter at over 600 million kilometres away. Amazing!

What do you mean by "darked"?

If someone had have told me 6 months ago that you could photograph Jupiter I would have laughed at them and probably called them insane....

You're pushing new boundaries imaging something as minuscule as J9 and J10... Fantastic work.

Thanks for the positive comments.
I don't see it as pushing the boundaries, more showing that it can be done.
Give it a go.

Well done Jeff, that's even more amazing considering the brightness of the the Moon at that time.
