Some shots of the ISS pass last night.

All hastily prepared for...... just had time to get the major settings done and the pass was in progress - no time left to manually focus or properly frame the shots! Just lucky the lens was on infinity!:P:D

Oly E-510, 14-42mm f/3.5 lens @ f/4.0, 400ASA, some 4s exposures, the rest 15s exposures, ICNR off, IS off, tripod, cable release.

The first image is a stack of 6 x 4s exposures and 2 x 15 s exposures. The rest are stacked 15s exposures. No registering of detail, so both star movement and ISS motion are visible. All images are stacked with blending mode "Lighten", levels and curves, cropped and saved for the web in PS CS3.

Somewhere between -0.5 and -1.9 depending on the source you refer to (I'm not good enough at estimating to argue with either of those figures.:))
