Meade LX90 vibrations

Does anyone else have vibration problems with their relatively new Meade LX** scopes? Mine suffers from the emerging tracking shudder that blurs the image and is accompanied by a rattle from the RA motor.

I have taken it into Bintel once but the problem could not be resolved as it originally appeared to be the Dec motor.
