Hi all, here's a couple of pics I took last night at wiruna. Sky was awesome. Very dewy night [everything was dripping in water] but the seeing was very good. Tracking was "so..so...". I prioritised dinner over good polar alignment. Who can resist a call to the ASNSW lamb roast?
Both shots are 10x2min ISO800 *istD on ED80 at prime focus. No dark, no flat - stacked in CCD stack and noise reduction in photoshop. No level or curves. As advised and with some help from Barb and David for the camera settings, I managed to get some colours this time :) - Hopefully last pics from my Pentax. I'm getting a QHY8 delivered next week. Thanks for watching.
