Hi all
In going over the image I took the other day I found an asteroid!

Image was taken on 7/08/2005 7:02:36 PM Aust. East. Standard Time to be precise.
Anyone care to try to identify the asteroid, as Im not sure what one it is. :help3:
Thanks
Scott

No idea Scott, but great catch. Bit of a thrill isn't it. :D BTW Go to work. You have too much spare time on your hands.

Nice find Scott.
Tried this myself the other night, 03.08.05, and can't find it there.
I agree with Paul, though, too much time on your hands.

I don't know about the Asteroid, but the Supernova first discovered in March is still visible in both images, quite incredible. astroron
I have just attempted to check with the IAU Minor Planet checker on the Supernova search site, but it would not give me any info for that time
