Hi All
Last night was just about perfect for imaging here in the West. No breeze, no moon, no dew, no worries  ............... so I decided to go for my longest M20 exposure thus far.
Total 1.36 hours, 16x360sec subs @ -12
SBIG ST2000 XCM self guided in CCDOPS
SW 254mm F4.7 Newt, EQ6 Pro
MPCC, UV/IR, IDAS LPS2
Processed raw CCDOPS .fits files in DeepSkyStacker v3.2.1 to produce a 4800x3600 32 bit image then did slight crop and USM in PShop finally converted to 8 bit 1200x880 100dpi web jpeg to post. No other processing at this time ... I tried GradientXTerminator but it destroyed the colour and smoothness of the image. So I left it alone.
I hope you like it !
Just did a quick reworking of the image ... basically lowered the reds a bit and did GradienXTerminator ......;)
