I am selling a complete astrophotography package as I want to upgrade all of my equipment and so its all up for grabs at a bargain price! I paid over $26000 for this top class equipment and now selling it for $17500 ono and it includes a precision go-to mount, 2 magnificent scopes, robofocus, TCFS, A07, SBIG camera, CFW8 w/astrodons etc.
Everything is in pristine condition and works perfectly as a setup. This equipment was bought new and has not been used much due to lack of time and of course the weather. I am not going to go into details about each item here unless a serious buyer wants more information. More photos are available on request. A basic list of equipment follows:
Losmandy G11 Mount no tripod but have spare pier- with Gemini L4 Go to system, extra c/weights.
Takahashi FSQ106 with Robofocus, Tak finder, Extender Q, parallax rings, losmandy plates and other accessories.
Celestron C9.25 XLT Carbon Fibre Tube with Focus Lock, adjustable Dew Heater, losmandy plate, etc.
SBIG ST2000XM, CFW8 with astrodon Ha LRGB filters, A07 Adaptive Optics, TCFS 2" focuser, Ted Agos adapter, and tube adapters.
C9.25 counterweight system.
Meade 9mm Plossyl 1.25" illuminated reticle eyepiece with chord.
Good quality Focusable Black 9x50 Right Angle Finder and bracket.
Really would prefer a single buyer as I dont want to split it up so its really a complete setup for someone who wants to do astrophotography for a fraction of the full new price!3% Paypal Fee or cash payment.
Buyers pays shipping.
Thanks

I realise you said you'd rather not split it up, but if in the event you decide to, I am very interested in the G11

I would love to sell you the G11 Steve as long as the other stuff sells as well. I dont want to end up stuck without a mount, so better to see if someone is interested in the lot first.
thanks Nick:)

Hi Nick,

I'm interested in the FSQ106 and/or the ST2000XM with their accessories as you have them listed if you decide to break up your package and sell it seperately. They are both the scope and camera I have been looking at as my ride down the roller coaster that is astro imaging continues.

Otherwise good luck with your sale.

Nick - good luck on the sale!

I'd like to query - how did you put a focus lock on carbon fibre C9.25? - Does this stop all mirror flop - a piccy would be great.

Like others if you break it up, hmmm...

Nick,
while it may be contrary to the rules to make this comment, I would seriously think about parting it out.
I always suggest this, as the chances of finding someone who wants the whole caboodle is less than finding several that want this and that. By the look of the comments so far you won't be left with much either.
Good luck,
Gary

Hmmm very interesting, there are a few items that I would seriously look at, but I will wait to see where this thread leads to.

My apologies for not getting back to you, have been away the last 24hrs. I am interested in parting it out only if mostly everything is accounted for first from committed buyers, then if it looks like most of it has been taken I will then honour each and every one of you on your purchases.
So I will put a price next to each item below for your information. The modified Canon XT and the laser finder is not for sale. The focus lock on the C9.25 locks the focuser and sort of locks the mirror. just ggogle c9.25 focus lock for more info.
I am also now considering keeping the FSQ-106 but still for sale at this stage. Also just to let you know that I am after a Paramount ME 3000 or 4000 series is fine and a RCOS 10" or 12.5" RC scope or equivalent, so if you have any of them also let me know. In addition I also have a Losmandy GM8 w/Gemini L4 with case and tripod for $2750 if anyone is interested.

1. Losmandy G11 Mount no tripod but have spare steel pier (no charge if you want it with this purchase)- with Gemini L4 Go to system, extra c/weights. $3500

2. Takahashi FSQ106 with Robofocus, Tak finder, Extender Q, parallax rings, losmandy plates and other accessories. $5600

3. Celestron C9.25 XLT Carbon Fibre Tube with Focus Lock, adjustable Dew Heater, losmandy plate, etc. $2500

SBIG ST2000XM, CFW8 with astrodon Ha LRGB filters $3500

4. A07 Adaptive Optics $700

5. TCFS 2" focuser and C9.25 tube adapters $1000

6.Ted Agos adapter, and other adapters. $300

7. C9.25 counterweight system. $200

8. Meade 9mm Plossyl 1.25" illuminated reticle eyepiece with chord. $100

Good quality Focusable Black 9x50 Right Angle Finder and bracket. $100

Please let me know what you are interested in and I can provide you with more info, but please serious buyers only.
thanks
