Hi all

The attached 4 images cover a period of 2.5 hours on a night of just above average variable seeing. Unfortunately it didn't improve much as I hoped it would but still reasonable enough to stay out in the cold.

12" newt, DMK21AU04, 30fps.

they really show how fast the big boy rotates... nice detail despite the average seeing..

Hey Mike, I'd be happy to see anything other than grey, but that wont be for a few days yet. Cloud & rain has set in over brisbane.

These look great, reckon the 3rd might be the pick of the seeing?

Amazing results Mike :)

I love the first, third and fourth images. It's great to get such a feel for the rapid rotation of the planet from these.
