Maybe it's just the teenager in me, but that sounds like a LOT of fun! Fifteen minutes of freefall! That would feel weird because I'd assume that you'd actually get time to get used to it. I remember an interview with one of the guys who did similar jumps back in the 50's and he said that when falling from so high, the air is so thin that you can't feel or hear it rushing past you - you just feel like you're floating. I doubt this guy will get the same experience though, with that fishbowl on his head. :P

If I were him I'd be taking several cameras (and/or several memory sticks) for the trip up and the trip down!

Had another look at the site today.
Launch has been postponed for another day due to weather.
So should go ahead tonight our time.
