Gordon - I have an FS60-C and the Tak f/6.2 flattener which raises the f-ratio from a standard f/5.9. How is this reducer best used in combination with these? Is it a reducer/flattener?

It seems a long mark on the lens. It probably cann't be cleaned, so I will keep it. Sorry.
