These were taken on Anzac Day when my kids came to visit at the new place.:)
A spot of fishing in the dam, and a shot of the horses and assorted wildlife...
All taken with the E-510. The spider was captured with the 35mm macro lens, the rest with the 70-300 zoom.

There pretty cool Al, love the fishing one, that was well seen and captured, well done.

Hi Al
Wow – now that is a colourful spider and a well fed, contented nag! Nice photos.
Cheers

Thanks guys. It's a bit of shame about the reflection of the carport in the dam reeds shot but I guess there' always the clone tool in photoshop:lol::P.
I was quite pleased with that one. Autofocus would only get the foreground grass so that was manual focus, hand held (without live view too), so I was glad to nail the focus properly.;)
Al.
Blah, I thought it was a UFO circling above your crop field :(
Nice shooting Al.

Speaking of UFOs...the grass was pretty long when we moved in (still is... but not so long), so I had intentions of doing some crop circles before we moved the horses in... somehow I ran out of time:shrug:... maybe if I'd had a good vantage point to get a photo of the crop circles I might have been more committed to the idea...:P
