Mogg EOS Lens to SBIG Camera Adaptor

Proudly made in Ozzie, Steven Mogg adaptor to allow EOS EF mount lenses to fit onto the SBIG line of cameras. I used it on an ST2000XCM, and it worked a treat. If you have an SBIG and CFW then it won't work, but it will work if you don't use the CFW. Has the also supplied filter ring to allow 1.25" filters within the light path, this is an extra normally.

It will FIT, but whether it focuses OK is a guess at this stage. Let me come back to you. It depends on the distance chip to front of the T thread area on your QHY8 (and successive models seem to have had differing distances. If it is close then the focus adjustment of the lens should compensate. SBIG have about a 25mm distance chip to the front of the D block ( http://www.sbig.com/sbwhtmls/app_notes.htm ) so if you know your QHY8 back distance you could work it out.
