HI Folks,
Here is the combination of 10 x 3min images at 800iso taken last night through faint cloud and a nice cloud shrouded moon close by.

I was using my Skywatcher 102 and Canon EOS350D at prime focus, I was using a 2" Broadband SkyGlow Filter. (Please don't ask what happened to the last batch of images or Hard drive because grown men can cry!)

Piggybacked on 10"LX200gps Autoguided with DSI.

Processed in Photoshop Elements and stacked in Registax then run through Noiseware to remove some noise.

The second image is stacked using Deep Sky Stacker to give an indication to how fast this comet has travelled in only 40mins! (Comet trail)

The bright star is HJ4285.

Thanks for looking.
Paul

Thanks guys for your responses. I don't think this comet will disappear yet there is still many nights left for imaging and viewing.

Thanks Rick,
First time using Registax so I went with the defaults and crossed my fingers, now that I have started there is no stopping!

Scott the moon is definitely on top of it, tonight at least, its lost in the glow....but not for long as I will be waiting!
