Hi all

Just a quick update - with 110 days to go - 70 people are now registered for Border Stargaze 2008.

We have conducted a site inspection today and the accommodation is fantastic. All observing fields are green, its amazing.

this event looks great .. and is conveniently close to the snow (and the right time of year for that) -- will really think about going next year via the great ocean road :)

My family and I combined a snow trip with BSG2007, it was most excellent. Very enjoyable, and great to meet up with Leon and many others there last year. Just a shame the weather didn't co-operate.

The kids want to go back to the snow again (as do Kate and I!), but we can't afford it this year. Maybe in a few years.
