hi friends,
I am really happy cos these days keep me really busy...
last year I started this project to continue this year and I think I have enough data to finish it, as there is so much further work out there... (-;
Draco Triplet makes a beautiful target in a decent telescope as well!
for those who remember:
I did not take darks for 1x1 in NGC 5907, but only for 2x2 bin.
This time I tried 6 darks for 1x1 bin - I must say, it is not really necessary! Thanks to Terry's know-how taing darks for 2x2 binned images is all we need in case of a SXVF H16.
find all data and images here please:

thanks for taking a look!
best regards,
Dietmar

Wow that is a great image. So much detail in that spiral and how many galaxies are there in the background????

I don't recall seeing anything previously on this target and I don't think that the constellation Draco is visible from where I am. So thank you for sharing.

Wow – that is a beautiful portrait of these galaxies. The full size image is quite amazing; you can clearly see several other galaxies in the background.

Cheers

Hi,

Love the detail in that spiral. You always do a fantastic job on these small galaxy clusters, each galaxy appears like a small jewel :)

This is a fine image but the full scale image does show some noise.
