Had a good morning.

Hi DP, that's a Jupiter to be proud of! fabulous detail, perfect colouration (to my taste anyway) and my favourite view.

Impressive:thumbsup:

BTW what scope you using these days, still the 10in Newt?

cheers,

Rob

Awesome Jupiter's David :)

Do you think you've captured real detail on Io there?

thanks Rob,

i actually have Birds old 10" f6 with a top mirror. I have adapted to fit on my dob base. It is a realy beauty.

I do not think i have captured the detail Bird got earlier this year when you could see the darker polar areas.

I am doing lots of reprocessing on this one and will see if i can extract any more detail on IO

I really hope you can tease some detail out of the little fellow David :)
