well.. as some of you might know I got a crayford the other day. So I really no longer have a need for the R & P. I figure it's gotto be worth something to someone.

I've had it for abit over a month from new(with my dob! :D). All works fine.. i couldn't say it works perfectly cause I've got no basis for comparison really. But works smoothly, not as smooth as the crayford.. well i wouldn't say not as smooth.. but not as light. But yeah she goes well. I haven't pulled it to bits or anything so it's all as it came.

Sales Pitch:
Please please someone buy it! the money will go towards a rigel quikfinder for me :) :D :) and won't be wasted on some non-astronomical junk i.e food.

edit: forgot to add the picture.. duh!

With it fully racked IN..not OUT...measure from the base plate, where it bolts to your scope tube, to the highest point, where the EP fits in. With the 2"-1.25" fitted.

asimov,

measured it. Still not 100% clear so I'll give you both measurements.

At it's shortest from the base of the 'cylinder' to the top of the 2"-1.25" adapter it's 95mm

At it's longest from the base of the 'cylinder' to the top of the 2"-1.25" adapter it's 132mm.

*sigh* I was afraid of that. I was looking at doing this for my newt. It was purpose built around using a very low profile helical focuser...If I fitted your focuser, I would have to move the focuser/diagonal/finder towards the primary. Oh well, thanks anyway EL, wont be any good to me.
