Jaycar have listed in their latest catelogue, Waterproof ABS Cases dimensions of 260x100x200 (External) 239x94x159 (Internal) a nice size for a typical EP collection. They are Pluck foam lined and only $29.95. Catalogue Number HB-6380

I bought two of these on Saturday - one for the Canon XT plus 2 batteries, IR remote, CF card, focal reducer and 2" t-ring/mount, and the other for my Nikon D40 plus battery, IR remote as well as 55-200mm VR lens with hood reversed. I'll get yet another one for my Naglers and PowerMates. They're really very good for the money. The seal works well and the latches are tough. The pluck foam is excellent quality, and the pre-cut divisions are quite finely spaced at around the 8mm mark. If you get more than one, they stack too.

I saw those in the catalogue and thought they may be a bit on the small side.
But seeing how much you've fitted into one, I'll definitely have a look at them at the shop now.
Thanks Phil

Here's a couple of interesting ways to accurately cut the case foam (at least better than me using my wife's electric carving knife when she's not looking.

Another option which includes pre-cut holes for eyepieces & filters it from Andrews Communications for $39. This is what I use ... similar to those sold by Bintel (31 x 26 x 13cm).

Eyepiece case, aluminium, medium-sized briefcase style (holds 9+ e/p)

I just picked up 4 through the online shop, $125.60 shipped. Not bad at all.

Jeff - these cases come with pre-serrated pluck foam. You don't need a knife.

Just picked mine up :D

The guy didn't even know about them, and they weren't on display.

They're smaller than I'd thought.. wouldn't do for a set of Hyperions ;) (well 3 or 4 anyway).
