This year on our way to SPSP Anna and I decided to stay overnight in Cowra and visit their Japanese Garden (http://www.cowrajapanesegarden.com.au/).
If you have never had the pleasure to visit, please do so as this garden is truly superb and worth the effort. The traditional Tatami room, open air Tea House and garden are a credit to there creator Mr Ken Nakajima.

Hope you enjoy the pics.

Thanks all.
It's quite amazing the feeling of serenity that comes over you as soon as you enter the garden.

Hi John, I visited the Japanese garden many years ago, what a fantastic place.

I remember the same feeling of peace and relaxation after visiting them as well.

Your photos look great

Thanks Ric, it certainly is.

The only negativity I can say about the gardens was the neglect and disrepair the Bonsai House was in. Having studied many years ago under the great Max Leversha I was saddened to see these works of art in a sad need of tender loving care.
