Getting to grips with this camera slowly....all shots are through a WO66 SD.

Eta C and Cent A are 16*120s, Omega C is 14*60s.

Given the small appature the camera is performing well.

They look nice, John. What camera?

Mike, it is this one:

It is a one-shot cooled CCD - 3Mp camera. Some of its nice features - low noise (30 deg below ambient) high res, colour binning (2x2) Not so nice - small pixels (3.45 um), low(ish) sensitivity (for a CCD).

A big learning curve for me with this - CCD IP is very different to DSLR plus I used AA4 not IP 2.8 for capture, calibration and stacking.

Considering these shots are with a 66mm scope I recon they are pretty good. The camera would go very well on an F4-5 reflector with a coma corrector.

Nice images John, everything is quite sharp and detailed. Omega looks well resolved as well.

Cheers
