With the proliferation of excellent lunar shots in the last few days I thought I would side track you all, slightly.
I had a short period of sort of decent seeing, nothing flash, but better than clouds, the other night.
In peeking with the bino viewer I found this "rash" just out from Copernicus, and decided to try an image.
It appears they are Lunar Domes, and there are plenty about the Copernicus are.
These are just near the crater Marius.
MN76, with 2.5x Powermate. ToUcam of course.

Thanks H0ughy,
yeah, the moon imaging comes in fits a starts. BUT.... when I image, there is only so much Jupiter you can do now, as it is getting lower each night. I find the moon refreshing, whether bino viewing, or ToUcamming.
Nice shot recently in S&S as well.

Great shot Gary, looks like there was a lot of lava flow activity in that region. Top stuff.

For an object that sits right next to us all the time and seems so ordinary to the general public, the Moon sure can keep us guys busy.

Lots and lots of shots and yet they are always different.

Great shot of the bumps Gary.
