M16

[Raymond]

Dear all,

This is the 1st capture of M16 by me and my astro friend Petming, using TEC140 F7 refractor on top of EM200-Temma2 mount.

We were lucky to have about 2 weeks of clear nights in early July broken by 2/3 nights in-between. Lots of opportunity to try out various astro equipments.

8 images of 5 minutes each at ISO800 taken by unmodified Canon 350D.

Dear all,

Thanks for the comments.

The sky was exceptionally transparent and clear for 2 weeks. The images were taken under Mag 4 plus sky but there are some strong street lights in the public car park very nearby.
