While i was outside last night seen this little guy sitting there so i grabbed
the camera and took some photos. But i don't no what it is can any one help.

Tawny frogmouth is my guess.

I see least one of these late at night when I'm coming back from my observatory. I wouldn't call him little though.

Thanks does that mean they eat all the frogs around hear. Found one in my car today.

Yep, a Tawny Frogmouth it is. They had some in the Big Swamp Wildlife park in Bunbury WA. When my sister and her hubby from Scotland visited a few years ago i pointed them out and they said "where ?". Sitting on a log they were perfectly camoflaged and very hard to see even in daylight. Nice pic :thumbsup:
