Hi Guys,

Took this last week as it rises in the morning . Great area to image if you guys have a chance give it a go!.

10 x 7 minutes exposure at ISO 400.

Wow, I suspect in a non-modified camera that one would be very dim.

Wow...that is a beautiful image Eric! very impressive!
I have done a 200mm widefield shot of this but didn`t get a chance last year...its on that list again :)

Great looking image Eric, reminds me of a dust storm rolling over a hill.

Another beauty Eric, so very rich in colour, and crisp as a starched collar, ;)(gee don't know where I got that phrase from, it just came to me) :shrug:well done mate.

Great image Eric. The glow of the hidden cluster is quite pronounced. This is a special area of the sky which I enjoy imaging due to the different colours presented. Well done.

Now would that make a good Christmas card or what?? ..if I were a wise man from the Orient I'd follow that bright star above the red nebulous curtain for sure :thumbsup:

Another vibrant vista Eric, DSLR or not, you're doing some nice work.
