Last night I got Hubbles Variable nebula
6x5 mins ISO400

Also the Eskimo Nebula nearby. Its 2x120 secs maxked with 4X30 secs t preserve bright detail in centre. Full resolution crop.
Both taken with 10 incg f5.6 Newtonian, off axis hand guided qith Q guider cam. IDAS uv/ir filter, Baader MPCC, Modded 350D.
Seeing, awful, guidestar jumping and boiling.

Seeing here was average last night as well but it was very dark and cloud free all night :)

Lovely looking nebulae Scott, the variable nebula is quite amazing I must have a go at that myself.

Hope your conditions get better.

is there an ic/ngc number for the variable neb?

yep, the NGC number is ngc 2261.
Im not sure how long a period it is variable over. Guess I should image it again next month and see if its changed
