Hi All,
As with the other posts I have more Naglers for sale :eyepop:
Reason for this sale is I'm doing this for a friend Julian. He owns the 18" I have talked about. He has no computer and as a favour I'm helping him sell this astro gear. Geoff (Starkler) has met him, so its a genuine sale.
Julian has more astro gear than anyone I know. The eyepiece sale is to help fund a new 12" LX200 GPS.
So IceInSpace members get first shot at this gear. :D
For sale 31mm Nagler 2" Type 5 :eyepop: $850. Shipped in Aus.
For sale 9mm Nagler 1.25" Type 6. $350. Shipped In Aus.
sale pending on the 9mm.
Both eyepieces in original boxes and in Perfect condition.
Pm me for details.

Its amazing what one can afford after actually seeing the difference :)
The whole value equation changes.

Sounds a little condescending to me Geoff.
Whilst that sums it up nicely in your remark!, there are still some brilliant views to be experienced through some of the plossl's and GSO's and obviously with the type and size of scope viewed through. Apart from those I cannot comment, but I have not regretted my transgretion through the various ep's, as I am sure others would have experienced. My appreciation and expectations of what can be viewed through higher quality ep's has however increased and has been justified in the purchase of finer quality ep's.
Its all about affordability and expectations, there has to be a balance somewhere. Don't over expect, and don't over afford, but appreciate the views that you have experienced and learn from there.

It wasnt meant to be condescending, maybe I should have put afford in italics.
Im just saying that those that havent seen the difference should never say never and peoples spending priorities can change after looking through these expensive eyepieces. If you want to save your $ , dont look its a money trap
god i want that 9mm... I just cant afford it atm.... GRRR!
maybe I should sell Beckie...

It's a pity there is vignetting with the 31 in a LX90 because it's very tempting.

Personaly I think the 20 mm is great Value. By the way I now have all the eyepieces ready to send and there all In the original boxes and packaging,
Even the old price tags on them. What Julian payed for them! When the dollar was low.
Example the 9 mm, Julian payed $660 :eyepop: Ouch!!
