Here is an image of Sharpless 2-331 (aka NGC 2467) taken over the weekend. It looks to be an object that would benefit greatly from more aperture.
Details:
110mm refractor @f7 (William Optics ZS110 apo)
Losmandy GM8, guided with Toucam and PHD.
Canon 350D, unmodified.
6 exposures of 10 min each at 800ISO.
Dark and bias frames.
Aligned and stacked in ImagesPlus, processed in Photoshop.

Orientation: E up, N right

nice going Geoff. i did this not long ago also. great to see others imaging not the common eta's, orions etc :)

I checked out your pic Eric. Your modified camera really makes a difference in picking up the red H alpha.
