Hi
Imaged NGC 1365 last night.
Okay at first but high cloud and haze meand each sub had a brighter backgroun d then the previous. None the less I did 4x10 mins. Guiding by watching a guidestar on the pc screen from the q guider rather then looking down the off axis guider, makes like a lot easier.

A lovely galaxy Scott, very nice natural looking colour and I can even see the faint detail of the extensions of the outer arms.

I must have another go at this target.

Thanks all.
I would have loved to have gone longer but the conditions didnt allow. The sky was getting brigter as the early evening wore on due to cloud and haze layers, and as every sub was showing a brightening background I thought there was no point in going longer.
