This APOD image by Tony Hallas seems to shows M110 being sucked in by M31. I haven't seen that before. It also shows many pink nebulae.

WOW, you can see the stuff being drawn in by Andromeda!

Looks like a fine mist but it is millions of star system :eyepop:

I always think of M110 as being next to M31.
It may actually be situated directly underneath the galaxy. Maybe Andromedas black hole is sucking it up?
That's my theory and I'm sticking to it.

Glen, Robert Gendler showed the "Bridge" about five years ago.
At the time I was amazed at the depth he got down to in his image.
