I think it's coming up through Pisces before closest approach on the 29th. It will be quite low in the north on the 29th, not sure how low though. It's going to be magnitude 10 or 11.
Here we go...

According to CdC, for Canberra it will rise no higher than about 1°, and set well before sunset.
So at mag. 10.9 your chances of seeing it are nil...:(

I was able to follow TU 24 for over an hour tonight:)at 13.4 mag was easy to see moving against the background sky in the 16" with a 13mm Nagler.
I observed it when it was twenty two degrs high till about 7 degs.
Unfortunatly will not be able to observe it tomorrow as it will be too low down.
I also observed three comets, Comet Wirtanen, elongated smudge slightly brighter nuculus, no tail, Comet Holmes still visible as a large lighter smudge against the background sky, and Comet Tuttle, still a fine sight, quite bright and large.
Also looked at some of the usual suspects, 47 Tuc, Mars, still some detail seen in moments of good seeing.
All up a good few hours observing was enjoyed:):astron::stargaze:
