Hi Guys,
Took this last night. I made up the name for it as it looks like a twirled up snake :lol:
13 x 3 minutes exposure at ISO 400.

lol thanks. you sure can as im running out of objects to image :P i only can image east and south and slightly north . not west at all.

A great rendition of this lovely planetary, also known as the "Spiral planetary". The colours are very intricate.
I have been told that the spiral are a result of us seeing it from side on rather than face on which results in the traditional smoke ring view.
