Heres a shot of the scary looking blue eye. i have no idea why they also call it ghost of jupiter as it doesnt look anything like jupiter.
10 x 30 sec
2 x 45 sec
2 x 60 mins exposure all at iso400.

Eric, very nice detail there. This is one of my fav objects. I could be wrong but i think the call it so because its apparent size is similar to Jupiter. There is also one i think called the Ghost of Saturn. You are providing valuable information to me on future targets.

thanks guys for your reply. no worries at all fahim. yes, saturn nebula which looks like saturn with the ring around it. i have imaged that before i think with the DSI .
