Hey guys,

i haven't had a chance to drag out the scope for a while so i re-processed my tarantula data.

i tried to follow some of the tips from the guys that know what they are doing but im not sure how i did lol
its still fairly noisy for 19 exposures but i think thats due to the iso being set so high

that said, am i going the right way with the processing?

Nice well focused and tracked image there. Good to see youre also using the MPCC and UHC-S
Yes the colour balance and general processing looks pretty good.
If you can do longer subs say 2 or more mins each, youd get more nebulosity, though I find anything longer than 10 mins seems to attarct too much thermal noise.

thanks Scott,
i wouldn't be without the MPCC now, sure does its job well.
now i just need to get a guidescope and try to step it up a notch or two, 40 - 60 seconds just doesnt seem to do many targets justice even with a lot of subs
