the bad news is the missus won't even let me peek till Christmas.:sadeyes:

The good news is the clouds finally parted on Sunday night after weeks of overcast weather here in Rocky,:thumbsup:
the bad news is, I sprained my foot/ankle on Saturday night so I had no hope of carrying 55kg of scope and mount etc down the back stairs. :doh:

And of course, now the clouds are back. :cloudy:

I have the exact same binos coming from AOE for my Chrissy present also :) Surely you can sneak a little peek? I'll definitely be having a look at mine when they (hopefully) arrive at my workplace on Thursday :D Although if this weather keeps up, I'll be spotting birds and not the stars ..
