Hi Guys,
This is one of my favourite objects. Surface area is quite dim and very challenging to capture this. consist of 14 x 5 minutes exposure at ISO 400. I think with higher ISO and longer subs would of been better.

Cheers.
Thats looks fantastic.
I've always wanted to image this object, not sure if an unmodded camera will show a result anywhere near that spectacular.
It almost looks like a narrow-band image
Outstanding image Eric!! Just love the colour and detail. Looking at the date on the photo, wondering if it took you 4 months to process!!
Nice one mate.

Excellent image Eric, a pleasure to view
Lovely Eric, there is wonderful detail in the bubble as well as the way the wings of the helmet extend out.

Beautiful image Eric.
I remember the first time I saw this object in the Dob last year it was a thrill just to locate it. Lovely to see such a sharp detailed image of this unusual DSO.

Hi vash, you should be able to cable this object better with an unmodded cam especially the blue/green. I have used my unmodded 350d on this object before. Its on my website :)
thanks dez. think you got the date the other way around ;) i took this last week only .
THanks Al.
Thanks Frank,. I recalled you took this object yourself also and it was excellent. you planning to give this object another go this year?
