But remember, entries are anonymous. Don't reveal, through your comments, which is your entry.
If having a comments thread, unintentionally or otherwise, starts revealing the photographers then we might not have a comments thread next month.

and what is good about this forum that there are at least four or five known macro photographers so there is no way we can guess who entered the photo!

Just a quick reminder to everyone, could you please make sure you attach the photo with your email and also include your user name in the email along with any comments you would like to add to your entry.
I've been receiving some emails without photos or image files that have been corrupted and entries without the forum user name included.

It’s a new procedure this month – you e-mail your entry to the “Photocomp Moderator”. I think the details are in the entry thread (http://www.iceinspace.com.au/forum/showthread.php?t=26507)?

A discussion took place during the previous month, regarding keeping entries anonymous. To achieve this, entrants now e-mail their submissions to the Photocomp Moderator who then places them in the thread, so only the Photocomp Moderator can post in that thread. That is why it is locked, to prevent entrants revealing their identity.
IIRC the instructions are in the 1st message in that post.
It’s a new system and as with all new procedures, there is inevitably a shake out period as people come up to speed and the bugs are sorted out.

Thank you for bringing that to my attention, I missed it.
In future I won't be allowing entries with names on them, my apology.
I'll try and rectify it asap.

No there's no exif data on any of the entries.
This was in reference to one of the entries having a name at the bottom of the image, but has since been rectified.
