First was when the Australian Cricket Team Captain became younger than me - when Alan Border retired.

Second would be when the Australian Prime Minister became younger than me - it's happening now :eyepop:

maybe we should just tell our ages by the apertures of our instruments?

hmmm, hang on, that would mean that size does count!

Well I am Santa again this year ...
I visited a friend yesterday who lives on the other side of the river I front.. he lives alone like me and is now 70 ..he is younger than so many others I know in spirit... he has his bass guitar and amps set up, rebuilding his house to castle proportions, and rules over 800 acres... what surprised me was the new projects he was planing... I metioned he should get a 12 inch scope for his deck and was met with ...no I am putting an observatory up there on the hill the views are better... I concluded if he lives to 150 he wont finish just what I could see needed completion let alone all the new projects... his only complain was that he feels that he may be getting old and will have to slow down... needless to say I did not say of course you are as he probably would have decked me.

I concluded that the key to keeping going is to have many plans and not be realistic as to the prospect of their completion. He suggested we should get another band going... a rock band of course after all he and me are not old yet.
