Still very quiet on our closest star. There is a bright active region right in the centre with some nice filaments drifting across the disk. Several small proms can be seen on the limb. Smaller active regions can be seen as white spots.

What region was the source of the activity a few days back?

That previous active region is up the top of the image. In fact it is no longer visible at this scale. East and West is up and down in this image.

There have been several small active regions cropping up right on the solar equator of late. A sure sign that minimum is nearly upon us.
